Motorola is launching the Edge 50 Pro on Flipkart in India on April 3. The leaks, rumors, and teasers surrounding it are intensifying by the day, and now a prototype has run Geekbench 6. Thus, it’s in the Geekbench online database.

The phone managed a single-core score of 1,097 and a multi-core score of 3,114, from its Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. Yes, you read that right – while Motorola might be teasing the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in China, the Edge 50 Pro definitely seems to have gone with the 7 Gen 3, so it looks like it won’t just be a rebranded Chinese X50 Ultra.

The prototype that was tested had 12GB of RAM and ran Android 14, unsurprisingly. Through its dedicated teaser microsite, Motorola has already revealed that the Edge 50 Pro has a 6.7-inch “1.5K” 144 Hz pOLED display “validated by Pantone” with 2,000-nit peak brightness and an embedded fingerprint sensor, as well as a 50 MP main rear camera.
