Samsung seems intent on creating a Galaxy F55 this year, and since it’s part of the F series, that means it will be very similar, if not identical, to the already announced Galaxy A55. We’ve already seen the F55 getting Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certified, and now Samsung itself has confirmed the fact that it’s real.

The Korean company has created support pages for the F55 in both Bangladesh and India. So not only is the F55 a real in-development device, but it will be sold in at least those two countries when it becomes official.

Samsung Galaxy F55 is real and coming to India and Bangladesh

It has the model number SM-E556B/DS, has dual SIM functionality (that’s what the “DS” in the model number stands for), and that’s it – the listings haven’t uncovered any more information about the device.

Through the aforementioned Wi-Fi certification we know it has Wi-Fi 6 support, and otherwise, specs should be similar to the A55’s. That means you should expect a 6.6-inch 1080×2340 120 Hz AMOLED touchscreen, the Exynos 1480 SoC at the helm, 8/12GB of RAM, 128/256GB of storage, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main with OIS, 12 MP ultrawide, 5 MP macro), a 32 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging.
